Our Methodology
504 CDC rates reflect SSA-published monthly debenture rates for July 2026. 7(a) rates use the current prime rate (6.75% as of July 2, 2026) plus typical lender spreads within SBA maximum allowable limits. Payment calculations use standard monthly amortization. Guarantee fee estimates follow published SBA fee schedules.
